TYPO3 Monitoring & Updateservice Requirements

The following requirements must be fulfilled so that we can effectively keep your TYPO3 instance up to date and secure monitoring can be carried out.

• Your TYPO3 instance must be compatible with a current TYPO3 LTS version.
• If backups are required, sufficient storage space must be provided.
• A cron job must be available that runs the TYPO3 scheduler at least every 15 minutes.
• SSH access must be provided.¹
• A TYPO3 admin login must be made available.
• The TYPO3 instance must have an SSL certificate for all domains used.
